"Well, my first vacation started horrible at this "motel". I booked my stay here for the sole purpose of having a "smoking room" but when I arrived none were available which is ridiculous since I paid for one and booked it almost a week prior. The place is ran by indians who barely speak English and have no clue what proper customer service is. Hot tub??? Where?? I looked all over the property and seen none!
