They text so we had a quick and easy communication line, but housekeeping also stopped in the morning to see if we needed anything. It was clean, updated, comfortable, and safe. Complete with complimentary chocolate chip cookies! Great stay. Little costly, but so worth it. "

"GWL Williamsburg was wonderful! I received my 1st welcome text 3 days before, the next day I got an opportunity to upgrade my room for FREE. Check-in was quick, front desk was wonderful about explaining locations of everything. Very welcoming. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Outside ground area clean and well kept. We celebrated our grandkids preschool graduation, they enjoyed and we definitely will be back. GREAT EXPERIENCE "
