"I really liked the location of this hotel. It was a little smaller than I expected, but I canā€™t complain because it had everything we needed. The room was well-equipped, the coffee was surprisingly good, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The only thing that disappointed me was the front desk experience. I believe the woman who checked us in may have been the owner. She wasnā€™t rude at all, but she didnā€™t seem very welcoming either. She simply completed the check-in process without much interaction. A warm greeting or a friendly smile would have made the experience feel much more inviting. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a more welcoming front desk experience, it would have been even better."
