"The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the door of the hotel to the doors of the airport…very convenient. The facility was very clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is very good, but a little pricey, (not outrageous, especially for Europe) but hey, you’re on vacation…it’s okay. Staff was outstanding across the board…Well Done! Would I stay there again? Absolutely! "

"I was looking for a special hotel as a wedding anniversary treat for my husband, Electra Metropolis, did not disappoint. Prior to arrival l contacted the hotel to request an airport transfer and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. I received a prompt and professional response with details of our transfer. First impressions of the hotel were excellent a smart doorman at the entrance a friendly greeting by the porter and a smooth check in by Alexia, as it turns out she also checked us out. Our room 506 was clean and spacious positioned on the front of the building. The outlook was to building works and some street noise could be heard in the room. Neither of which bothered us but some guests may not like that. A few hours after check in we returned to find a note in our room asking us to call reception. Imagine our surprise when we were brought a delicious heart shaped pudding and a bottle of prosecco. A gift in recognition of our special occasion, very much appreciated. We only had one day of sunshine so took advantage of the swimming pool area, a nice bonus in a city location. The views of the Acropolis on the roof terrace are a real highlight. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, we really enjoyed it along with superb service from everyone especially, Effiticia and Nicursor. All in all the experience was faultless, a great location, well maintained building and staff who take pride in there hotel and the service they deliver. Thank you 😊"

"We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel before catching the boat to the islands. For those people arriving into the Athens airport in the evening it is an excellent way to access the Greek islands. Very pleasant hotel, with a fine breakfast and great hotel shuttle from the airport. We would totally stay there again"

"Hotel is located right in the heart of the city centre within walking distance to most. 8th floor restaurant was great for breakfast and evening drinks and dinner. Parking is tricky but the staff are very helpful. I would recommend and stay again."

"Check in initially went well. We were told we were given a room upgrade. The room was definitely not an upgrade!! The floor was under construction and the noise level was extremely loud! A lot of hammering and drilling. When we inquired how long the noise would continue, we were told it was from 9am to 9 pm. We asked for a quieter room and the front desk reacted with an attitude and our room was downgraded. There is no way the hotel did not know about the noise on this floor and they never seemed apologetic for assigning us to a room on it."
