"Well, the staff was friendly. There were things that needed to be addressed. At one point one of the kitchen breakfast staff lock the door at 9:30. The door was not able to be opened from the inside, which was a safety hazard. Had to ask to be unlocked so that we could exit the breakfast area.The water in the room tepid at most. Never had hot water, even after talking to the maintenance man. This was a family get-together. None of us had hot water! When checking out there was a balance due, which was incorrect when I went back to the desk, the clerk charged me over $200 more. I waited until Monday when the general manager was in and call to speak with him. He agreed that I was overcharged and that his staff needed additional training. I asked for a receipt showing the credit to be emailed to me. I received the original receipt with the balance due, but never received the credit receipt. My credit card was credited, but even replying to the original receipt that I had received I never received the correct receipt."
