"To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Somehow the booking got messed up and we got moved to another room. I asked if there was going to be additonal charges for that and I was told no. The second morning, they tried charging my card twice yet no one in the office could tell me why it was happening. Then they tried to charge me again that night over double the first attempted charges. Even left a voicemail saying that we didnt pay so we had to leave. The next morning,...

"The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. If you want to get a hold of someone, 6 hours later via text is when we heard back then to finalize our stay someone from the resort came into our unit before we were checked out, we called abot that...

"This place is great...very clean Hot tub could be bigger and walls thicker for noise purposes but would stay again. Kitchens are very convenient as eating out is costly there."

"We have been to Ocean Shores many times over the last 22 years. In the past we have stayed at other hotels that are very close by. This was our first stay at the Grey Gull due to others were full. Turns out this one was way more reasonably priced then the others and it was on a clam dig weekend. The room was nice and even had a separate bedroom which I did not notice when I booked it. This will be where we stay in future visits to Ocean Shores. Thank you, Don"

"The property is pretty nice. They’ve tried to upgrade it, but it’s an older building. The management was fantastic and let us check in early and even opened the pool and hot tub early. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is the floors, especially under the beds, were dirty. "
