"Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend. "

"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。それ以外は全て良かったと思います。"

Close to airport, avoids morning commute rush

"Connected to Terminal 3, outside secure area. Need to get through immigration/customs. Con: if you take public transportation then need to come back before midnight, as most local trains stop around that time. If you are looking for nightlife, then this may not be the place to stay Pro: as I came back around midnight, my commute to security check was 5 mins the next morning. Hotel room itself was excellent, as one works expect in Japan."

"The building is beautiful, common areas are spacious and relaxed, they provide a wide range of complimentary items to supply your needs and more. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, as expected in Japan. There is a convenience store right beside the lobby which is helpful. The hotel is just one block from a train station. The overall experience was great. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel"

"There is a big AEON at Shin-Urayasu Station, the nearest station. It is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The Disney Shuttle is also convenient when using Maihama Station on the JR Keiyo Line. We stayed Annex “Square”. There is convenience store “family mart” 2nd floor Annex Square is a newly built condominium-style building, very clean and comfortable. The large public bath and foot massage are the best. "
