We organised a late check in and all details were sent as promised and the key safe was easy to find. Our apartment was amazing and very spacious. Each bedroom plus the lounge had access to the balcony. It was lovely just having the sliding doors open with the fresh sea air coming through. We were very happy with our apartment. Downstairs there were plenty of dining options, along with a Woolworths. A short 5 min walk was the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre with a Coles and more shopping/dining options. Great location for everything. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay. Close to shops easy walking to cavil ave, great pools and spa, loved that the kitchen came with all cooking utensils so we didn’t have to rely on eating out for every meal. Thank you

Only issue with accommodation was how slow the lifts were and amount of people queuing. That definitely won’t stop us from coming back amazing view and walking distance to everything.

We had a fantastic time and absolutely loved our stay at Circle on Cavill. Our room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view and was everything we needed. We loved having access to all of the facilities and was great having free parking. The booking/check in process was smooth and easy. The location was perfect and central to everything we could've needed for shopping, dining, activities, the beach and groceries all within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

It’s a great property to stay with family, they just need to upgrade the mattress and single beds/mattress as they were not really comfortable. Also need to provide more cups/glasses, no wearables in the bathroom and nothing to clean/wipe the floor after taking shower. Our son slipped twice in the bathroom due to wet floor. Room service would be a great comfort, at least every second day for someone who is staying for a longer period.

Really little kichenette items provided, barely any dishes, room smelt like a weird odour unsure if it was a cleaning liquid or previous renters, only 1 toilet roll given for a 7 night stay? Barely any cups and pans, bathroom blind could not be shut fully, as well as the balcony door not being able to be locked. Amaizing view tho.

A little tricky checking in and out given how busy the area is. Only disappointment was the. 10 AM checkout. We travelled with a 2 month old new born baby and requested a late check out weeks back. The staff at the reception didn’t even honoured/ acknowledged it and denied saying other guests will be waiting etc. A little consideration should be made. We left the property at ~ 08 AM.

We stayed here and added an extra night. We found it a good place and would book here again for the convenience, the following is a list of pros and cons we encountered. Pros- Location and proximity to all you need Tram, shops, restaurants and the beach Full kitchen Views of the sunrise were exception on the 41st floor Spacious for a family Spa bath Parking and the security of parking Comfy bed Full size fridge Quiet even near the lift Cons- -Lack of extra Toilet paper -Dish soap is a small package and gets everywhere! We bought some from woolies downstairs -Damaged and very weathered bathroom vanities, along with some walls having minor damage -carpet bubbled enough to trip - finger prints all over the walls and scuffs all over the walls, we bought spray and wipe -Chipped furniture -towels for the shower and a bath mat for each bathroom… none for the pool and no fashwashers. Bring your own for the pool/beach! -The hideaway bed lounge is very uncomfortable and felt like you were slipping off every time you sat on it All in all great place to stay and they are only minor things that would be easy to get around with the heads up. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Holiday Holiday circle on cavill in Gold Coast, has good apartment location, however, the services they offered to us was not good. E.g. aircon was not working, washing machine was not working (it clogged the dirtly water for 2 days). The agency later installed another one after our complaint, however, the next one makes a loud noise and often shakes badly 😳. The utensils had rust on them. I will not suggest to use them. Not so good experience overall.
