The staff were welcoming and helpful anytime we asked for anything The only minor comment there were some maintenance work being carried out in the outdoor pool area which we received no notification of and was not acknowledged when we checked in

Grea stay at QT Gold Coast. The hotel seems to be going through a few renovations. The air conditioning in the foyer and bar was extremely cold and uncomfortable but otherwise we had a grea experience.

It was great to stay in the hotel I worked at in the 90s. Service was good and room was comfortable. It was disappointing that we could not go on the balcony due to glass being replaced, I feel there should have been a slight discount or at least free parking.

The QT overall is a nice hotel and staff were great. The balcony’s being out of use (something not communicated beforehand) was really disappointing and took away from the stay. Having stayed in two other QT’s in other parts of the country, this one isn’t at the same level yet unfortunately. But breakfast and pool drinks were good and the room was very comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond for my night there for my 40th birthday the ocean room was amazing and hands down the best buffet breakfast I have ever had I would highly recommend QT for your stay on the Gold coast
