"This place is a health and safety hazard, run downown and eekie. Slippery staircase with rusty frames and cracked concrete to get to the room. In room: blood stains and other sticky stuff on carpet, holes in carpet and wall, filthy toilet roll holder, toilet brush had a lot of wet toilet paper on it, shower caddy falling part, fan was filthy, rusty piece of metal sticking out of patched wardrobe. Person checking us in was very rude, place was very noisy, people (guests or workers) yelling...

"This hotel is surrounded by construction. The light rail at the front and a construction site out the back. The noise of cutting cement at 3 pm was not pleasant. Although the hotel mentioned this in their website, Expedia did not. "

"Very clean, comfy beds, handy location, lovely pool, very friendly staff. Only downside was some traffic noise from loud mufflers and trucks, even with the AC on, as the property is on the highway. Would still stay again."

"The owner was very kind, the room was clean with comfortable beds and had more amenities than advertised (hairdryer, iron & ironing board). There is also express checkout and free parking. The aircon hasn’t been used in a while as some black specks blew out of it but it functioned well."

We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights.
