"Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...

"We didn’t eat breakfast there. There is no “kitchen”at this property. There is a bar and they have a fryer and a microwave. Everything is frozen. We ordered pretzel bites and they were microwaved. "

"Susie at the front desk is wonderful! She always makes sure every guest is treated with the upmost respect, she is so accommodating & has amazing customer service! The rooms are clean w/ comfy beds and the property is well maintained! Location is right next to the grocery store and access to gas stations, the post office & the FREE county bus to downtown Idaho Springs is amazing!"

"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean...

"We enjoyed our stay. My husband especially enjoyed that he got a pass to use the very nice community gym! We went to Red Rocks and were grateful to have a place to stay so close by!"

"Only good things I have to say is the toilet paper was not the cheap brand and the shower had pressure. Toilet would not go down and went to staff and was handed a plunger. Wall and ceiling are very thin so you hear everything. They did not even have any juices for breakfast so don't plan on eating much. Live and learn; never staying there again."
