The toilet did not work and we were offered a new room, but it was 7 AM. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedding. When we went to check out, we had to leave our keys in the room so we were not able to talk to anyone. If I owned the hotel and put someone in that room I would refund their money. We will not be back. "
