"Room was older but clean, pillows are very large, if you like flatter you should bring your own. Housekeeping tried to enter at 8:05 AM on a Sunday. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign to place on the door. Next time I will make sure we have a door hanger..."

"Toilet was clogged when we checked into room. Gross water all over the floor. Maintenance came up hours later and said housekeeping would come and clean up and they never showed up. We had to use our towels to clean floor. Not issued new towels. Room was antiquated for the price. Front desk/reception was very professional and kind. Bed was comfortable. Loud music and people arguing on our floor at midnight. We wanted to try this hotel but won’t be coming back. We will probably go back to edgewater or river lodge."

"The air conditioner was not cooling, call front desk two times, nothing was done. Smell was comming out of the bathroom sink that was all ways clog. My room was never done and i stay wednesday thru saturday or towells change. Ice machine broken, was told to go to 6 floor. "
