"Stayed in a multi room apartment, with accessible bathroom. The features of the room where as advertised, aside from one concerning oversight - the bathroom had no anti slip properties at all. For a person with significant mobility issues, and why the room was requested this was a significant oversight - the occupant slipped on the floor when transitioning from a wheelchair to the toilet and was not able to keep their feet steady because they were slipping around and ultimately injured themselves. The shower drainage trails infront of the toilet as well adding to the potential for a slip. Other than that the room was great, quite, clean and modern."

"The room was clean as was the bathroom. The one chair in the room wasn't comfortable. Need some drawers in the bathroom. Air contioner is very old. Had a lovely meal in the bistro and bar staff very nice. Receptionist was very informative and very helpful. "

"No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person."
