"Room was a decent size and bed was comfy, although pillows were small cubes for some odd reason. The microwave in the room was very useful and convenient. Grab and go breakfast was available during early checkout but it was very minimal (trail bars, mini muffins and water)."

"Very good staff( the ones with purple shirts), clean rooms, and good breakfast. Rooms might be noisy in the first floor. I had to change my room.

"The room we stayed in was clean and freshened up. Only thing is, no trash bags were in the room I stayed in. I wasn’t there long, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. I would be loved to have breakfast, but only from 6am-9am is a bit too early for me as I am not an early riser. Air conditioning was nice to use as well. Overall, I prefer Holiday Inn’s so I had a wonderful stay for the short time I was there."

"Only one set-of towels, had to find a maid to get another bath towel only. One elevator out of service. Needed to pay for parking & then told it COULD have been waived?? No housekeeping the entire 4 night stay. Hair dryer broken, a new one was provided right away. Unimpressed with this hotel and will not be staying there again."

"The room was nice enough, bed comfortable. The bathroom door was a barn style slider which was an odd choice, inconvenient at night, form over function I guess. The motion sensor switch in the bathroom was a really annoying feature, walk in to relieve bladder in the middle of the night and the room lights up like a stadium. Honestly, designing for a certain esthetic seems to take away from the comfort of the stay.
They don't have complimentary coffee for guests, which seems like a pennywise/...

"Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel."
