"It was disappointing that they would empty out the unused toiletry or other items after the first night and never refilled anything that was used like the hot tea. These are things I’ve never had to request during a multi night day or expect for them to take if not utilized in case it was needed for another day during the day like a nail file or razor."

"Rather a tired old hotel, lacking in amenities. Nothing special. E.g. no tea/coffee in room, no conditioner or lotion in bathroom, poor breakfast selection (and they didn't even refill the scrambled eggs once they were gone). Not sure how it's rated 4 star. Location was great, though."

"The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. The problem was it’s advertised as The Corso Hotel & Spa - when there is no spa. It is being renovated and we were not told it’s closed for now. This was a significant reason why we booked the hotel. "

"The room was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our toddler loved the space to play and swim, and we all really enjoyed the breakfast every day. Hopefully we will be back one day!"
