"We didn't have any wash rags in our room I had to wait til the last day and the front desk brought them to my room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom by the pool. No ice machine or vending machine as stated on the 4th floor. My key card was inactive 2 hours prior to Checkout, Breakfast was amazing & the lady running breakfast was amazing! Beds were comfy staff was nice. I would stay again. "

Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our room. "
