"THE GOOD: Studio was very clean and spotless. Cleaning by housekeeper was excellent. Very good breakfast with a range of options. Moussa and Moudur ( driver) were helpful and kindly Most staff were friendly. Very convenient location. NOT SO GOOD: Unfortunately, my luggage was lost for 3 days and it would have been very helpful if the hotel offered the use of the minibus so I could check at the airport. Sadly no. "Check in was smooth. Front desk staff very accomodating. View of the ocean is stunning! Lobby is emaculate. Room was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Breakfast was great! "The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious."
