We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended

We had a very enjoyable stay in a quiet village, <1,000 very friendly inhabitants, a 20km drive to closest city and beaches and close to historical/archaeological sites and tavernas serving traditional food. Eating out locally is reasonably priced. A car is a must for touring the island and a good, detailed, road map. Our sat nav identified some highly suspect tracks as minor roads. We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil,wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

Nice hotel within walking distance of several restaurants.

We had a town view room but it was still lovely. and the room was nice and bright.The breakfast was very rich, enough to fill your eyes. Also a lovely restaurant and bar. The service was very considerate and the staff were fantastic. Also the hotel itself provided excellent arranged day trips all over the island for a small fee, where we were collected from the hotel. Great apartment, clean and good size, very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Would recommend to anyone staying in Heraklion. Easy access to centre and bus to Knossos.

I had a really nice stay at Chapter 02 Gallery Suites. The apartment was clean and comfortable, communication with the staff via WhatsApp was smooth, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. A special mention goes to the lovely team at Chapter 03 Café Bistro. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious, and the place was busy every day, which says a lot about its popularity. This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
