Grab bars should be standard in all tubs, especially ones like here which were very smooth on the bottoms and easy to slip on.

The hotel,was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good choices and well presented. The only negative comment we had was the shower in the bathroom was extremely slippery. The shower walls and floors were possibly Corian and very attractive but extremely slippery when wet

Breakfast was awful, if you have a picture of a waffle maker and it's not working take it off. Worst breakfast. Will not ever stay at one of these franchises again....bed and pillows were awful.

Wonderful friendly staff! Rooms were clean and up to date, enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. Only 2 things I would change is to put the vanity outside the bathroom, just for convenience when staying with others in the room! Installing a hot tub for those of us that shopped the flea markets in Shipshewana!!!

Short get away in Goshen
Came to Goshen for a short trip to Shipshewana and the area.. Fairfield Inn was great. Clean room and outstanding bathroom with walk in shower! Breakfast was hot and great offerings. Shaky start
The property is fine, but starting to show some age. We had a nice enough stay after a total circus checking in. First, the night manager sent us on our way without telling us a room number. Then the key card didn't work. I went back down and he reprogrammed it only for it to not work again. The third time I went down he was gone and another employee (much more helpful) came up with me and confirmed that the battery on the card reader was dead and that's why we couldn't get in. She put us in a different room, but the AC was out of order in that room. Finally, third room and fifth try to get in, we got settled. Many thanks to the second employee who worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable. Not so impressed with the first. Also, from what I heard, many AC units were not working and maintenance is a bit of an issue. Management needs to prioritize keeping this property up or a nice, newer hotel can turn into a sub-par property pretty quickly.
