The entire resort was great and our kids loved it, the only reason I took away 1 start was because the check-in process was hectic. We waited in line for 45 minutes to check in but once it was our turn, the woman who helped us was very nice and efficient and had everything completed in about 10 mins. "The hotel is located about 3miles from Plitvice lakes and falls but in a very quite picturesque area."

"Breakfast was okay. Lots of options. Parking was good and close to the national park. Upon check in the lady working was not very pleasant and seemed like we were making her job hard when he asked questions. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasnt open even though advertised as it was. We went across the street for dinner though which was nice. Our room was nice and clean however the toilet continued to run and we could not turn off. We could also hear ever single foot step in the building which woke us up. The pool was not heated and the pictures made it look like there was a jacuzzi but there was not. We were not able to swim as it was cold. Overall good short stay. Just had higher expectations. "
