Perfect place to visit liseberg and Universium with kids. With in 5 minutes of walking distance from the Hotel. Our kids enjoyed staying there. Recommended for family with kids.

The hotel is comfortable, but rather outdated. Very crowded on weekend. Housekeeping service is basic; they never made the bed during a one week stay! Very limited storage space. Not a good value for money, however, keep in mind that Sweden is expensive.

Property was average with exception to the A/C in the rooms which was miserably hot. Although very nice, staff couldn't do anything - I saw them giving a fan to one customer so this was a problem for others. We checked out (1) day early because we couldn't stand it anymore and they wouldn't refund us the (1) night. Wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty room and AC not working. Interior design in the suite looks like Ikea and the suite was very worn. Cleaning was awful I stepped on glass and cut my foot. Floor was sticky from many parties and hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Terrible trip

From outside the hotel look great, and also lobby design and breakfast area. The reception staff makes an unpleasant impression. There was no soap or shower gel in our room and also no napkins in the toilet room. The air conditioner in the room is not controlled. It just blows cold air and the remote control on the wall does not matter. The sofa bed is in terrible condition, torn armrests, creaking iron, and a terrible mattress. But the worst thing is that my child and I were bitten by bedbugs. Our room was on the 15-th floor. I noticed this only upon arrival home.

Experience

The staff in the hotel behaved so unprofessional specially when we want to check in for rooms So busy at restaurant so that we couldn’t find bread or missed food sometimes. Parking was not included and we had to pay 300 sec each night They asked us for a watch or something precious or driving licence to give us a set of ping pong set as a loan! The price for that set could not be higher than 50 ask, but my husband gave them his expensive watch to borrow the set for a few hours !

Fantastisk utsikt från rummet.

Fantastisk utsikt över Göteborg från vårt rum på våning 24. Mycket bra service. Kände oss verkligen välkomna vid incheckningen. Stort, härligt rum med allt man kan önska och bekväma sängar. Upperhouse spa var en skön upplevelse med fina bassänger. Vår middag på Heaven 23 uppfyllde också våra förväntningar med god mat och utmärkt service.
