The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful in every way. Ellie want above and beyond to help me try to retrieve a lost item. The building is very well maintained and conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel. Old but well cared for. Well located for shops, transport, airport transfer, cafes, bars, eateries. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was varied (hot and cold dishes every day), more than adequate, nice breakfast room. We had a twin deluxe room, well presented. Generally quiet overnight, some minor traffic noise from c. 0700 which is only to be expected given hotel location at junction of some narrow streets. We enjoyed restful sleeps. Would recommend and return to this property.

Great hotel and great staff with lovely Swedish traditional breakfast. Oldest hotel in Gothenberg but in very good shape. Construction was ongoing at properties around the hotel making for some noise and inconvenience but other than that the stay was a 10!

Loved this hotel
When I get the chance to stay at the oldest hotel of a city at a decent price, I'll jump all over it. We had a great time here starting with the convenience to the train station and the rest of town to the excellent people working at reception, the beautiful old look of the place, the water and coffee provided and the afternoon/night treats. Breakfast was decent (gotta get those eggs hotter tho) and nice to have healthy things to start the day. Would def. go back.
