"I enjoyed the friendly service and the excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is located across from the marina promenade, which is a very pleasant place to walk."

"The room was pretty clean but it smelled like sewage. I know that is a problem in Barcelona hotels more often than one would hope. Although very centric location, the whole Rambla was under construction during my stay. If would have booked elsewhere had I known. The breakfast was pretty average, the coffee was below average."

" staff are truly 10/10, very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter, making it easy to walk to many major attractions. The hotel and rooms were also very clean, which we appreciated. The only downside was the bed. Even after requesting a topper, it was still quite firm, and we could feel the springs in the mattress, which made it less comfortable than expected."

"The hotel reception area is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, it was clean and the bed was massive, in my opinion a bit too big. Personal preference we would have liked a fridge in the room for storing drinks/snacks. We had water bottles refilled by room service every day which was great. We had a small balcony looking onto the street. We didn’t really use though. Unfortunately the windows weren’t soundproof and we could hear all the going on but thankfully it didn’t interrupt sleep but worth knowing about. I would recommend but did feel the cost was on the expense side for what was on offer. "
