"Firstly the rooms are in poor condition. Paint flaking off walls, stains on carpet, towel rail missing and no shelf or anywhere to put soap in shower. Air conditioner extremely loud and the guard on the fan in unit broken. The Curtain does not cover the whole window so sun light streams in from first light. "Some renovations happening at entrance but reception fine. Room was very clean and comfortable and good facilities. Very quiet. Good access from carpark to room and only a short walk down the road for a good pub meal. Friendly helpful staff. "

"Booked the family room for 5 ppl but when arrived there was only enough to sleep 4 really disappointed. When we went to set up the pull out bed we noticed it was missing springs and was not suitable to sleep on. We have stayed here multiple times and this is the first time we have left disappointed."
