"The room was very clean.The hotel was nice and clean as well. The front desk staff was nice when we got there. The front desk staff when we left talked to people like everyone was bugging her. The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it. Channels kept going in and out. We finally just gave up on the TV."

"The room was roomy & clean & the bed was satisfactory. There are vending machines in the lobby but they dont offer coffee, water, or any type of snack at all. No breakfast as advertised but my husband really enjoyed the gym. The girl that checked us in was rude & acted like we were ruining her day because we had questions about the cost but the other staff we dealt with were friendly & helpful. We would not chose this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful time at the resort from the moment we entered until we left (which was hard to do!). The lady that checked me in was fabulous. I wish I remembered her name- I know that she had really neat nails that I commented on :) It is a beautiful location with wonderful views, the rooms were clean, relaxing on the balcony was a great way to start and end the day, and all of the amenities were perfect. We used the pools, hot tub, kayaks, pedal boat and paddle boards. Thank you!"

After a seven-hour drive, my family arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM. Check-in was slow because the hotel was busy and there were not enough luggage carts.
