We saw Chantilly during the TV coverage of the Tour de France and decided on the spur of the moment that we had to go. It did not disappoint. We were there for three nights, it;s just half an hour from Paris CDG so very easy journey.
Easy walk to the Chateau with its magnificent rooms and gardens, even easier walk to the Museum of the Horse, working stables as well.
Great food of course and Chantilly Cream!

We were looked after from start to finish, and when my daughter had to leave the restaurant to be on a long distance call, they kindly plated her dinner and delivered it to her room on a tray...fantastic! The beds were huge and so comfortable and we had a proper adjoining room. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and it was great to have actual courtesy towelling robes to wear to the pool.
The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting both the Chateau and the Ecuries. We couldn't...

Nice place and quiet area, close to shops. Room is small but only there to sleep not live all day. Has a restaurant close by (2 min walk), also shops. Secure car park, Friendly helpful staff. Easy to find. Stayed in similar in south of France, possibly part of the same chain/franchise. Good value for money for someone on a budget.
