"Got charged for parking when I didn’t use their parking lot. Went to hotel to dispute because I was getting the run around on the phone. Spoke to front desk person who said valet put in a charge for my room. Told me I needed to talk to valet which i did and they didn’t have a ticket # for my room on that night. So they said it would be refunded in 5-10 business days but I haven’t received my refund yet I stayed there on the 7th of march."

"We were disappointed with the overall experience. When we checked into our room, there was a single small bottle of body wash, no shampoo or conditioner. The containers in the shower were completely empty. We stopped at the front desk and told them. While we were out our room, they delivered 3 bottles of shampoo, 3 bottles of conditioner but no additional soap. The staff at the front desk and valet were very friendly as were other staff we encountered during our stay. The room appeared to be marginally cleaned from the last people in the room. I was excited with having the opportunity to stay at this hotel since it’s a historic gem, but overall it was a disappointment for the price."

"Great room - very large and clean. Kitchen had a dishes and tools we could use. Comfortable beds. Great location, 5min walk to Alamo area. Good service by front desk. Onsite parking was fine at $35/daily with in and out privelages, just make sure you don't drive a large pickup bc it is very tight especially driving up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Breakfast was fine. Same scrambled eggs, sausage hashbrowns, cereal, yogurt coffee, oatmeal options everyday. Only issue is the bathtub and sink were slow to drain, and we were not able to connect to the front desk from our in-room telephone. However pros more than outweighed the cons, and we would prob stay here again for future travel back to San Antonio."

"We loved being able to walk out the back door and be right in the middle of the Riverwalk. It was so convenient. The pool was great. The staff was great. I will always stay at this hotel."

"This is probably the best Drury Inn I've stayed at. Great location on Riverwalk and very walkable area. Breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The stay was suitable and felt safe. The staff was courteous. They obviously didn’t care about people smoking marijuana in the rooms because you could hardly walk down the hallway for the stitch. Definitely needs an update done to the facility. Three star property."
