"The staff at the front desk was great. However, Hotels.com booked me a room and they did not have it available. She did upgrade me for free which I appreciated until the room I got had windows that howled as the wind blew and kept me up all night. The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down drastically in the last few years. It’s a shame they took away the hot tub. The back staircase was filthy and the Management needs to do a better job making sure the place is clean. There were nasty stains on the toilet seat and stains on the wall."

"Staff does not follow protocol in situation when finding personal property accidentally left in a room (immediately report, turn in the item to hotel management and document the chain of custody, promptly notify the guest). "

"Room #1 was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The staff were helpful and moved me to room #2, which was also freezing. But, in room number #2 the barely functioning heater was able to raise the temp to a barely tolerable temp. I staid snuggled in bed and got a lot of reading done. "

"My room was 79 degrees. I called and someone was sent up promptly to fix. He came in the room, worked for about 10-15 mins and said it was set. The room did not cool down and it was a terrible nights sleep."

"Well the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the prime reason for getting this property, the pool was cold. They did have a very good free breakfast buffet! No real restaurant to really speak of and the bar opened late. "
