Good valeu for money

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

Ambiente muito limpo, café da manhã delicioso e excelente localização. Como pontos de melhoria, sugiro investir em travesseiros mais confortáveis, pois os disponíveis não proporcionaram uma boa experiência de descanso. Além disso, a abordagem para venda de cotas imobiliárias poderia ser mais discreta. Durante as três diárias, fomos abordados diariamente dentro do hotel, o que acabou sendo um pouco inconveniente.

Incomodou o estado do banheiro: 2 azulejos trincados no box, porta avariada pela umidade, ducha higiênica com mau funcionamento (molhava tiro o banheiro quando abria o registro). Também exageram na insistência de reunião de oferta de investimento no empreendimenro da rede.

Já fui várias vezes ao lagheto Pedras altas, é um hortel muito bem localizado, ele tem uma ótima estrutura, tive um único problema, que foi em relação ao colchão do quarto que foi logo resolvido, observei que os colchões já estão um pouco antigos e precisam ser trocados, mas o restante foi perfeito.

Fomos a Gramado para um casamento e escolhemos o hotel pela localização ao lado do centro, da pra fazer as coisas a pé e deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel. Porém a hospedagem foi terrível, chegamos às 4h da manhã do evento. As 7h da manhã, do domingo, fomos acordados por uma música alta e ali pelas 7h30 as moças da limpeza começaram a arrastar as camas dos quartos. Informei a recepção e particularmente acho que não fizeram nada. Resultado, continuou a manhã inteira a música alta e o arrasta cama, não conseguimos mais dormir. Café da manhã lotado. Por fim, ainda estão tentando vender as multi propriedades aos clientes dentro do hotel. Aquela agressividade que tinha na rua, agora está nos corredores do hotel. Peguei a estrada cansado por dormir só 3h na noite.

Os funcionários são muito cordiais ! Adoramos a surpresa e o mimo de aniversário deixado para nossa filha ! Café da manhã muito bom! O café disponível na recepção também valorizou a estadia. Apenas a conservação do banheiro - principalmente da porta poderia ser melhor.
