Small rooms with low ceiling corners where I cracked my head several times. No bathroom ventilation. Mold clearly visible between the tiles.Average breakfast. The breakfast room can be overcrowded if there is a tour bus. The pool was shut without prior notice and no discount given. Excellent staff, especially the very nice cleaning lady.

Muito bom ficar la com a familia. Atende as expectativas. Único detalhe foi uma fronha de travesseiro que estava com um cheiro "dormido" e pedimos pra trocar. A equipe foi solicita e agil.

A rampa de entrada da recepção está horrível. Foi cobrada uma tarifa de serviço no valor de 10% do valor da estadia que nos pegou de surpresa. No mais tudo ok. Local silencioso e tranquilo. Recomendamos, mas estejam preparados para essa tarifação.

Local com boa estrutura, bem espaçoso, quarto bem cheiroso e arrumado. Academia com aparelho ruim e a piscina aquecida não é tão aquecida assim, boa só pra banho durante o dia.

Estrutura do Hotel é boa, aparentemente passou por reforma recente. A cama e o quarto eram bem confortáveis. O café da manhã é satisfatório e atende as necessidades. A localizacão do hotel não é no centro, mas fica a poucos minutos de carro das principais ruas de Gramado. A única queixa a fazer foi sobre um incidente ocorrido, levaram uma toalha pessoal da minha bebê por engano, durante a limpeza do quarto. Após muitas cobranças só houve a devolução três dias depois.

Chegamos após as 23h e a recepção não localizava nossa reserva e o pagamento havia sido feito antecipadamente e constava como não pago. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando e a recepção não pode nos trocar de quarto pois não tinha disponível, apenas no outro dia foi Possível resolver a questão do ar.

A equipe maravilhosa, café da manhã simples, mas bem gostoso! Pontos negativos: cortina é corta luz e não blackout, difícil de dormir após o dia clarear. Pedimos talheres e só nos forneceram de madeira (tipo palito de picolé), péssimo pra cortar pizza. Num geral, bem bom, super limpo.
