Etablissement tres bruyant, notre chambre donnait sur la rue commercante et on entendait les passants et la voiture très fort. le mur de séparation des deux chambres etait probablement en carton car nous entendions les conversations de nos voisinnes très bruyantes également.Le personnel, oin ne l'a pas vu reception fermé quand nous sommes arrivés et normalement le matin ouverte à 9h30 mais à 10h30 nous n'avons vu personne. Il est vrai que le prix est Démocratique mais avec toui ces inconvénients ce ne vaut pas le coup.

Instructions for entry to property worked well and when checked in later the man was obliging and friendly. Small room with excellent shower if a little cramped. Definitely a hostel rather than hotel but clean warm and comfy bed. Good bars and shops very close and very convenient for sightseeing.

Con gran potencial, aunque mejorable

Alhambra Zoom te ofrece la oportunidad de entrar y salir a tu antojo, pudiendo recoger tu llave y dejarla ya que los horarios de recepción son un tanto raros. De hecho, que indiquen que el Check-in se hace a partir de las 14:00 pero, a su vez, de 14:00 a 18:00 no haya nadie en recepción puede ser un problema, sobre todo si como a mí no te funciona el código para abrir el portal y tienes que esperar a que un huésped abra la puerta. Todo está muy limpio, aunque la cama no es muy cómoda y, al situarse en pleno centro y no tener unas buenas paredes y ventanas, escuchas todo el ruido de la calle y otros huéspedes durante toda la noche.

대성당에서 3~5분 거리 위치. 24시간 프론트데스크라는 것을 보고 예약했으나 24시간이 아님. 이제와서 기억은 잘 안나지만 리셉션은 9~14시, 18시~20시 만 운영한다. 비밀번호도 없고 국제전화도 안되는 상황해서 어쩔 줄 몰라하다가 현지언어와 통화가 가능한 이용객이 있어서 통화 후 비밀번호를 누르고 들어갔다. 다음날도 아침일찍 알함브라궁전 예약이 있어서 직원을 만나지 못한채 갔다가 체크아웃 시간을 30분 정도 지나서야 돌아와서 체크아웃했다. 방도방이지만 이불이 너무 더러웠다. 분홍색 이불에 검정색 누가 보면 밟아놓은 것처럼 때가 묻어있어 추워도 덮지 않았다... 이부분은 제발 수정해주길....

Nunca hubo gente en recepción. Me enviaron un correo 2 horas antes de mi llegada para explicarmelo, afortunadamente cuando llegué estaba un chico muy amable que realizó mi check in, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y cuando dejé el hospedaje tampoco hubo quien hiciera el check out

Amazing location, but the check in is a mess

The hostel was great! The location is a key winning factor, our private room with private bathroom was super clean and the beds comfy enough. The only issue was the noice, but lucky enough we were at the very end so we didn't have a lot of traffic in front of our room.The major issue we had was the check in. The staff forgot to send us the instruction to get our keys and we were locked out... but we got lucky and fellow clients helped us through everything. I highly recommend for a cheap yet comfy stay in the gorgeous city of Granada, but please *MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE CHECK IN INFO BEFORE ARRIVAL*. Even if you come in at a normal time, the reception was almost always closed.

Conforto ruim e recepção com horário limitado!

A localização é muito boa. No conforto deixa muito a desejar, pois a cama é muito dura. O banheiro é muito pequeno e quando toma banho a água derrama em todo o quarto o que é muito ruim. A recepção tem horários muito limitado no seu funcionamento o que está em desacordo com o anúncio no hotéis.com de que a recepção é 24 horas pois esse foi um dos motivos que me fez procurar esse hostel. Não gostei do lugar e não hospedaria de novo nele.

All in all, this hostel is a recommendable place to live. When it comes to cleanliness, tenants, staff, or whatever, you can stay at this place without much of a hassle. For me, the only problem was the frequent absence of the French receptionist, who commands a fluent English with an obvious foreign accent. I even had to wait for about an hour before checking out of the hostel because he was unavailable at the office. I guess a great advantage that comes with staying at this hostel is the close proximity to some of the best attractions in Granada, including Alhambra, Albaicin, the Granada cathedral among others. You can arrive at those places within 20 minutes on foot. I used the Granada express bus terminal to get back to Barcelona and it was about a 50-minute walk from this hostel.

Nice hotel

The pictures don't reflect the reality. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. They do everything to make sure guests are happy. They work hard. There are no comfortable communal spaces. There is a courtyard outside of the tiny kitchen. In a dark basement is a huge table that could be used by groups of people but none of the guests I met knew about it. I was told about it by the person who checked me in. Overall it is a clean bed in the heart of the city with a short distance to everything at a very reasonable price. A great park is only a block away.

스태프가 친절하진 않았어요 4인실 썼는데 거의 혼자써서 좋았습니다. 그런데 사용도 안한 침구가 더럽더라구요. 제 베드는 랜턴이나 콘센트플러그가 없었어요. 제 베드만! 욕실 딸려있었는데 많이 깨끗하지 않았고 샤워는 밖으로 물이 잘 튑니다. 번화가 인근이라 밤에 시끄러워요....

Matelas horrible, on sent les ressorts, dormir sur une planche aurait été plus confortable !! Pas de ménage du tout dans la chambre pendant les 5 nuits où nous sommes restés. Les équipements promis par le site (sèche-cheveux) ne sont pas présents, et il faut demander les couvertures avant qu'ils n'en aient plus. Chambre bruyante sur ruelle animée. Très bon prix dans notre cas en réservant 2 mois à l'avance mais ça ne vaut pas plus... Très bon emplacement dans le quartier, personnel aimable.

Great Hostel for privacy and very clean!!

Service was very nice, though they forgot to inform me about the towel rentals! It was very clean, and the kitchen was very big though only one stove top. i LOVED the privacy drapes, all hostels should have this!! The area was great too, perfect for walking around to restaurants, bars, and any other stores for neccesary items ( like towels ! ) . I really liked this place. At night no one is at the welcome desk, so make sure to expect this. The Superior room is the best, really large, I got lucky and had no one else to share the bathroom with ! The balcony was really nice too, overlooked the busy street below but it wasnt really loud at night. I would reccomend!!

The only reason that I booked this hostel was for the curtains on the bed, but there were no curtains in any of my room beds. There are no lockers on the room. But its a nice hostel. Good location.
