"This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly."

"The property as a whole is just not really clean. We stayed 4 nights and the elevator was dirty the whole time. Our floor in our room was dirty. All you can watch on the tv is 20 year old movies."

There was a major issue with the water pressure in the entire hotel. Many guest complained about this. The water in the bath room shower started trickling on our first night by the second night it was almost nonexistent. Couple that with not having any hot water. "Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates."
