"This was a great clean hotel. Our only hiccups were that the air temp could not be controlled in the room. It was set at 71 and could not be changed. Also, we did laundry, and one one of the two dryers sort of worked."

"Pros: My room was spotless, as was the lobby The AC was fine. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was okay, nothing spectacular. The ice machine worked well and was convenient. Nice location if you want to stroll into the downtown, boutique zone Safeway supermarket nextdoor Cons: Like at all Motel 6 accommodations, the soap was not nice and there is no shampoo. (Easy enough to bring your own.) No room fridge or microwave The pool was closed, which is apparently standard at that...

"70's charm with 70's amenities. The window unit A.C. didnt keep room cool until 10 p.m. The room had 3 queen beds so that was perfect. Nice location in downtown Williams. The check in attendant couldn't speak English well enough to carry a basic conversation."

"Cost-effective stop in Williams, AZ. This is an older property with mechanical door locks and analog AC. TVs didn't work (no cable connection). Stained bed sheets but otherwise clean."

"Great location, however the property is in need of updates. Reception staff barely engaged in conversation. Breakfast consist of cold cereal, pancakes and bread. Coffee was not good either. This Wyndham property needs updating. The saving grace was that the AC worked. Parking was also very tight."

"Wish I would have known they were redoing the pool. Was there for an annual family vacation on the 4th of July and it sure would’ve been nice to use that amenity. This will be my third time staying at that hotel."

"The room looked nothing like there pictures on Expedia , there was hair on the bed and pillows , holes in the walls , the TV was maybe 24”. The bathroom window was held shut with duct tape . A Horrible room. We did not stay. And I am having trouble with Expedia refunding my money."

"It was a nice remodel. I have lived in Williams and knew what the property looked like previously. Loved the little tea kettle water warmer, I'll probably buy one for myself. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Not having water cups and ice was a bummer. We appreciated the restaurant and bar onsite, had limited hours. Bed was super comfy."

"Appreciated no riff raff around motel. Decent environment. Convenient location to grocery store and eateries. Nearby police station. Front desk was inexperienced but nice. Adequate for an overnight stay"

"We killed 3 spiders inside the restroom, we couldn’t flush the toilet because the chain inside was broken. Internet did not work at all. Sheets were dirty, one side of the of the mattress was broken. The outside of the cabin had trash in the front and the entire room was dusty. Spoke to the owner about it, she claimed herself as an employee to avoid helping us. They also charged my credit card before we got there."
