"The staff were amazing as well as the property! The rooms are decorated so cute!
Our only issue was the room was really dirty. Clumps of dog hair and dog food all over the floor. The TV stand was covered with pools of water and the refrigerator was filthy both inside and out. We were a late check and the office was closed by time we got checked in. We come to Moab multiple times a year and thought we’d stay somewhere different, very disappointed especially for a $260.00 a night room."

"When checking in, the person was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us his personal phone number and said to call any time with questions or concerns. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. There was a table and chairs and the temperature was comfortable.
The parking could be improved if the angles went the opposite direction for the outer rooms. In order to get to our room from checking in we had to go out to the main road then turn back in rather than staying on the property and...
