this is not a new motel, but My room was clean throughout, and everything worked as it should, the young man got Me a first floor room, so I could park My motorcycle right outside My room, Thank You, I have stayed here before, and yes I would stay here again.

It was pretty nice. First impression, the place is old and kind of run down. The front desk clerk was nice and the room was ok. Im disabled and I had to carry my suitcase upstais on a old metal stair case which was very difficult. Overall it was a nice stay.

Front desk staff was wonderful! (Thanks Leo :) Rooms were good, though could have been cleaner (dried urine in toilet lid hinges,) but overall stay was good. Bar and restaurant on site was a nice find, No travel required for food or drinks after a long day. I would stay here again if I find myself back in Grand Junction.

Great parking, help from staff, good air conditioning, they provide great soaps & towels, great lights above the beds. Good strong chairs & desk! Good regular high toilets not little ones hard to use. Good area for hanging clothes!
