"Grand chambre et grande salle de bain , avec bcp de charme, excellent accueil.bon petit déjeuner . TV petite . Chambre un peu froide ( grande hauteur plafond ?) très bon dîner .
Hôtes charmants , parc en pleine nature . "

"Room spotless. Comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. But awfully small. Could only open 1 bag at a time. Check in instructions only came through 10mins before our arrival. Just not good enough for us. But all in all (& for the price) was excellent. Chaumont is a beautiful town. Buffalo Grill brilliant!!"

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English).
The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway.
The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire.
Chambre très bien avec des meubles anciens mis au goût du jour , douche gigantesque.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec gâteau maison, fruit , laitage, confiture fraise maison .
Nous y retournerons.
Très bonne adresse."
