It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. "The hotel was very nice and we received a free upgrade. What I did not like was the room had some electrical issues with the outlets. We still had a good stay."

"I think everything was great. My only complaint is that there was a weird loud noise that would come from the air conditioner when it would kick on. Otherwise, it definitely worked. Everything was very clean. The staff (and I mean every single person I came in contact with) was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!!"

"Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...

"Room Was a comfortable, pool was good, and location was quiet at night but very noisy during the day due to cars with excessive motor noise. Room could use more hanging hooks in the bathroom and closet area. Owners/Front office were welcoming and helpful ."

"The staff was wonderful and helpful. I left something in the room after check out and they held it for me. It was a spacious room, not fancy but clean. Very close to a lot of restaurants and the boardwalk."

"My only complaint was that they didn’t offer a full size mirror and the bathroom was a bit small but overall stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Coastal Highway"

"Checked in and found a clogged drain in the bathtub and the door sweep was worn away. We went to the front desk to let them know and are very pleased to say it was fixed within a few hours! The air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. There was a sparse amount of silverware in the drawer which I blame past tenants, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again."

"Beds were uncomfortable and never stay in bed with wheels. Definitely needs updating throughout the condo. Kept tripping on area rug around main table. Carpet was raised on ends and did not lay flat."

The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day."
