It’s clearly a very very old hotel and they have been given a shoe string budget to clean it up. They’ve spent a lot of the budget on the outside of the hotel and on the gym.

The hotel is being renovated which is a good thing because the paint in the room was peeling, there were a lot of dead bugs in the light in the bathroom, there was a lot of mold in the bathtub and the entire room had an overall moldy smell. The staff was AMAZING though. Hopefully once the renovations are done, the rooms will look and smell better.

They are under renovation so cleanliness of halls and elevator hard to rate. Room was clean. Coffee area had a full trash can with gnats. I liked the 12 check out.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is good enough. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The hotels there divorce were ridiculously expensive. We looked at all of the airport hotels, and this one seemed to be the best value.

Comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking. Great service at the front desk. What spoiled this trip is the cleaning staff entering the room without knocking, when I had already informed them twice that I did not want any service that day. I informed the manager and they apologized, but nothing else.

Only 2nd time in over 100 nights staying at a Marriott that I regretted staying at their properties and I’m a pretty easy going person. They had an active remodel occurring with no warming prior and you don’t know until after you check in and round the corner to the elevators. Drywall dust is literally everywhere (even the hangars in the closet) had hot water in shower but not in the sink so had to wing shaving in the shower, TV would not change channels and staff failed to fix that simple issue after 3 requests over 2 days. Staff was nice. I’m sure after they get the work done and issues ironed out it will be a decent property but had I known about construction I would of stayed somewhere else

This location should not be open. Under construction, dust everywhere, crews tearing up carpet and flooring in the hallways yelling all day long. First room toilet was not working, changed rooms and found stains on walls, bathroom lights out, shower head sprayed everywhere soaking the floor. This property felt like a run down motel. We were booked for 2 nights and left early not even staying the second night. We chose the 3 hour drive home instead. I will be contacting Marriot directly about this location. Would never recommend.

room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location.

I stayed here once before and it was wonderful. This time not so. When we checked in we needed a luggage cart (I'm 86, husband 80) and there wasn't one around. The receptionist wasn't very interested in helping to find one so we made two trips up to the 3rd floor. There was hardly anybody in the hotel when we arrived so why would you put us up on the 3rd floor while having the roof fixed? We knew 28th street is very busy so we were happy that we could just eat breakfast at the Bistro. Well, Sunday morning it was closed. There were two cleaning carts left across from each other by the elevator the whole three days we were there. The tv was about 1/4 the size of ours at home and we gave up trying to get Netflix, couldn't you make it easier? There is not enough room for two people to put toiletries the bathroom. Sorry but thought you should know.
