It may look a bit “iffy” on the outside but the rooms were very clean and overall it was a fine stay. The nearby restaurant open late was a huge bonus

The 100 deposit is completely unnecessary!! I paid 80 for this damn room, I coulda gone to Red roof inn for 20 less and NO holding fee. The person at check in was suggesting that I couldn’t afford to stay here and refused a refund when it’s totally within their capacity. Expedia was no help either, couldn’t even offer a credit to another room. When we got up in the room finally it was dirty and there was trash in the trash can and hair in the tub!

reat location not far from downtown GR, very clean room ( we were impressed since so many reviews talk negatively) outside of the building is a bit dated but it’s kept up, halls were clean , bed was comfortable, there was a microwave in the room and a refrigerator. Sundance restaurant is 1 mile away. Great place to get breakfast. lobby was abit on the heavy smell of dope but its a typical Michigan smell in most hotels in this State so it was to be expected. That was the only place it could be smelt. We’d stay here again

I stayed here for a one night business trip. I probably would not have chosen it if it was for my family. Nothing terribly wrong, just an old hotel that was very tired and dated.

Can hear through the ceiling and walls. Screaming kids in the hallway. People up all night above me. A/C wouldn't run for more than a minute. Sont know why i stayed certainly didnt get to sleep. Person at desk had to be reminded to return change when over paying with cash.

Temp is what it is

While the photos look a bit better than the actual it was ok clean. You can't adjust the heat that was an issue , it's cold outside in Michigan during winter , could have use a bit more warmth.
