"The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week."

"Hotel took my payment and then advised me that they were overbooked. With no empathy advised that it was my problem to deal with Expedia. The Expedia staff was put on hold by clerk while the clerk checked in other guests and answered other phone calls (@ 11pm with my family with no other lodging options). It took me 2 days to get my money back for a room that they didn't give me. Did I mention numerous other guests checked in after I was told they had no rooms? I am assuming bc I booked...

"When you first walk in the pictures are nothing like they are online staff is unfriendly and judgmental after we finally checked in we went to our room walked into the room. It smelt of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls on the blankets. There is a cigarette burn on the comforter, you turn the air on and the cigarette smell gets 10 times worse and I am not a person that complains. I’ll sleep on the side of the road in my car and use the bathroom in nature if I have to, but that was...

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
