"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

"First time stay. New, very clean. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping daily with fresh towels. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop bistro/lounge but with a limited menu. Nice lake view. Have been to Traverse City a number of times and stayed at other places that were not as nice. Will definitely make this our go to place to stay when back in the area for an annual reunion with friends. Highly recommend"
