"Property in need of some TLC...suggest a coffee maker in rooms or available in lobby; no clock in room....no guide for tv...no eggs or fruit available at breakfast...just the little things that add to the stay."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location to see many local sites and the New River Gorge. The staff are friendly. The WiFi is sketchy and cuts out a lot, and the breakfast is more than a little underwhelming. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 am, but we got there at 8:30 am and there was nothing much to eat. The coffee is machine coffee, but there are Keurig machines in the rooms - so you can bring your own coffee."

"Loved the shower with really hot water and good pressure. Room was ok, but my husband and I BOTH had an allergic reaction to the sheets on the bed. Stayed in 4 other hotels on this trip and had no issues, but the detergent or softener on these sheets made us itch. The sheets were also rough to the touch.
