"Everyone was helpful"

"Everything about this place was very nice. Lots of good amenities in the rooms, nice shower and bathroom. Lots of mirror and storage. The first bed when walking in had an unacceptable mattress. The other was very comfortable and good pillows. I didn’t say anything about it so they may have been unaware and I feel like we would’ve been accommodated with a new room if needed. Long wait for the single elevator too."

"Property was clean overall. Comfortable stay. Couch in our room was covered in dog hair because of the material of it but other than that the room was clean."

"I had a double queen bed on the first floor. There were giant mosquitoes everywhere. The rooms were not clean. It was not a comfortable stay."

"Elevator door was not working half the time had to take stairs. Outside doorlocks do not work when hot outside. Rust around bathroom fan, bathroom fan did not work at all, light bulb was burnt out in bathroom also. A/C was loud. Breakfast could've been better, no breakfast meats, eggs were terrible. In-room coffee maker was cheap and crappy. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were just aweful. If you're looking for a fairly clean, cheaper place to crash its not terrible but could definitely use...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was average with a decent selection, but it could be improved. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"It's a nice hotel and the restaurant in the lobby has great food and really nice servers. The pool was cold, which was unexpected and if you have a pool-facing room, just be aware that all of the voices within echo through the room until the pool closes, which was not ideal when we were going to bed early."
