The staff was helpful. Check in was easy. Room was decent for the money. Breakfast offered in the morning until 9:30, which I really appreciated. No WiFi, which was a problem for me.

For the value and convenience was a perfect choice. Clean room, comfortable bed and a nice shower was all we needed. The staff were helpful, friendly and even enjoyed having friendly conversations with them. Just an overall nice experience with the best bag for your buck!

It’s an older property. The carpet was stained and torn in places. The bath tub was painted white and was peeling. However, the room was clean. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. Ample parking and easy access to the property

This is a nice hotel but not nice enough for the amount I paid for one night. I appreciated the staff's willingness to get me extra pillows - they showed excellent customer service. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning cooled the room perfectly. I just wish the room was better priced.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the property itself was a bit old and not quite as clean as I would have liked. The location is terrific if your intention is to stay near Hershey Park and have a reasonably priced room. Breakfast was not great. They didn't have much to eat and everything was sweet. We didn't even bother with the breakfast the second morning. Just had the coffee.

Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best.

It’s a basic hotel that accepts pets. I even go there as I did this time without pets. It’s affordable safe and maintained. Staff is very accommodating. I’ll continue to stay here when I am in Hershey.

The bedding appeared clean and there was no sign of bugs but that's about all the good. The room smelled bad, half the lights didn't work, there remote didn't work, there were burn marks all over the carpet. Not somewhere I would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised. Our first visit to this location. Our visit was a one night stop while traveling. Our room was farthest from the check-in office, and on the second floor. A walk thru hallway or elevator was handy. Later after dinner, our room keys did not work and a walk to the office to get new keys was a disappointment, but necessary. Desk clerk was satisfactory, However, the female breakfast clerk was very friendly and went out of her way to help. I would recommend and would stay again.The price was the best and I was able to use our points.

Upon arrival, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room. They moved us to the room beside us went to use the water and the water didn’t come on went back to the office. They had shut off the water because they were working on something, but didn’t tell us upfront when we got the key. The water was off about a half hour. Probably won’t stay there again.The rooms are outdated. The front desk workers were very friendly.

The staff was really nice and changed my room to the first floor which I appreciated. However, there was an odor coming from what I realized was the bathtub drain. Maybe a septic issue? Idk. Also, the tub was half painted with the darker paint on the inside of the white tub. Also, they have a quick free breakfast and this time they either didn’t have yogurt or it was gone by 8:30 am. They’re always so nice and amenable and they do accept animals which is why I stay even when my pets aren’t with me. I hope they address these issues.
