"Our room was equipped with everything we needed with extra touches like a corner seating area with floor lamp, bathrobes, a wine bottle opener and mini fridge. The gas fireplace was wonderful on the chilly evenings and morning. The library room on the second floor equipped with water, tea, and coffee ensured we needn’t leave the floor for early morning beverages. Breakfast was amazing! We had to leave before the breakfast service could be ready on our last morning, and the innkeeper provided us with a separate light breakfast. It was unexpected and appreciated!"

"Loved the ambiance. It was loud. There was a group in the lobby we could hear down the hall pretty late. Someone’s running in the halls above really late as well. There was some weird vibrating noise in our room too. It was pretty humid in our room so we had to open the window to get it to cool down."

"Bed was comfortable. Loved the balcony. Be ready for stairs though. We did not find in elevator."

"This place is absolutely adorable and Brian David are excellent hosts. The home had such character, so many cozy lil nooks to enjoy and the food was so yummy and fresh. It was an easy walk into town and we will be making this “our place” we stay every time we come to Galena. "
