"My wife and I arrived at 2:40 pm, knowing that after travelling all day that maybe we could check in before the standard check in time of 3:00pm. The front desk clerk immediately looked at our reservation and said our room wasn't ready. When asked when it might be ready, and she stated that the check in time is 3:00pm. We waited in the lobby. "Staff behind desk was friendly and room was clean when we arrived, but no housekeeping during two-night stay. Breakfast is basically waffle mix, small yogurt cups, fruit, cereal, pastries and sausage and perfectly round eggs that looked highly processed. We went to the Bob Evans Restaurant next door for breakfast during our stay. Not the better quality Comfort Inn experienced elsewhere."
