"Nice, clean rooms nice bathrooms, and showers. Only complaint I would have is it’s the end of May and early June and the swimming pool was not open and it actually looked just fine but that would be my only complaint."

"The lobby to check in smelt SO awful I tried not to pass out from holding my breathe. The ac in the rooms are so loud. The bed was hard as a rock. We ended up leaving an hr after check in."

"I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all"
