"My family and I truly enjoyed our recent stay in the Junior Cabin Suite with a balcony. The accommodations provided everyone with plenty of personal space, and the room was both nice and clean.
I especially want to commend Amar for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I was not double-charged for our rooms and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The entire staff was excellent, and we appreciated the flexible parking options.

"This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner.
There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them)
The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."
