"Booked & paid but didn’t receive check in info. Called as instructed but owner said system was down and he would call me back. Travelled 6 hours, an hour away from property. but owner never called. I called him & he said he ment to call me because the space I paid for had been extended by the previous tenant and if I called Expedia he would issue my refund and honor my reservation at another one of their spaces. "Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "
